Love this too. Although not with these specific words, I have done this. I agree - the more specific, the better. A number of years ago, when tossing and turning with great dissatisfaction in my life, I settled on writing out intentional goals: for work, health, family, etc, with some specificity. "I will double my income to X." "I will give talks inspiring people." Do you know... nearly all came to pass. I'm going to copy this specific language and try it. Thank you!
