Another thoughtful post. Every day I feel like I’m starting over on practicing mindfulness. So simple and yet so hard!

Thanks Joan! I feel the same with mindfulness. It’s a journey. And like the masters would say, “there’s no where to go.” One of the things I’ve done to help is to practice QiGong and Tai Chi. If I don’t practice, I notice it in my mind and body.
