What a busy week! We live north of Dallas, and I had to drive down yesterday for an appointment. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough—too much traffic and frenetic energy.
So, to spread some cheer, here are some holiday memes and photos of my favorite dogs.
It seems Santa needs to use a bit more stress tolerance.
Our granddog, Charlie, loves to sit by the window, watch the world go by, and bark at bad people.
I made gingerbread last night, both regular and gluten-free. No dinosaur was harmed in the making.
Spyder, our neighbor’s dog, and frequent visitor tries to be patient while his human, Barbara, takes this photo for me. Spyder smiles at us when he sees us, so I can tell he isn’t happy about this. I’ll give him treats when I see him again.

Speaking of dogs, our Golden Retriever niece-dog, Phoebe, is anticipating something in the snow. She’s probably being told to wait for a treat or deciding whether to chase the rabbit.
