I believe in the human spirit. That there is more to us than a body of flesh and bones. And that our spirit transcends this world.

That’s how The Light in Us came into being. I focus on who we are as leaders, how we can cope, make choices, and contribute to the expansion of human consciousness and awareness, so we don’t get overcome by the chaos and change.

Who am I? A leader, teacher, mentor, traveler, existential seeker, QiGong and Yoga practitioner, universal citizen, soul healer. I’ve worked with leaders both corporate and entrepreneurial, for over 20 years.
